I just finished 200 hours of training. The lecturers were great and I learned so much, especially about Alignment and Pranayama. The teacher, the staff, and all the beautiful people from all over the world made this month unforgettable. The month went by too quickly and by the end, I wished I could have stayed longer. It's a great four weeks physically and mentally.

Amazing professors and the entire experience, as well as AWESOME FOOD!!!! The rooms and studios were very clean, but that was to be expected.... It's a great location to meet many beautiful folks. You should look for it if you like more quiet. Nice excursions and good communication when needed.
